Harry O. Schenk, Esq.

Harry Schenk graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley in May, 1971. Mr. Schenk was invited to join Phi Beta Kappa and became a member on May 5, 1971 at the University of California.

Mr. Schenk thereafter attended the University of San Francisco Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 1975. He became a member of the State Bar of California on June 24, 1976. He was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, in 1976, and to the Central District of California in 1978. For a number of years Mr. Schenk has been a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Mr. Schenk has been active as a member of the Environmental Law Sections and the Litigation Sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Mr. Schenk is AV rated, and of counsel to the firm. He has practiced in the area of personal injury for a number of years and has represented business owners and individuals in negotiating, drafting contracts, and has represented individuals and businesses in complex cases involving environmental law, real estate law, business law, unfair competition and associated issues.

Mr. Schenk has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to defense work. He has defended clients accused of wrongdoing in unfair competition cases, misdemeanor weights and measures cases, and cases involving allegation of white collar criminal activity, and consumer fraud. For many years he represented chains of gasoline stations in connection with city, state and federal compliance issues, and defended them in administrative and court proceedings.
