- Negotiating and drafting commercial office leases, ground leases and retail leases, on behalf of landlords and tenants;
- Negotiating and drafting development agreements regarding property in redevelopment zones, on behalf of public agencies and developers;
- Structuring tax-deferred exchanges and assisting your tax preparer on a variety of other tax issues related to real estate transactions; and
- Advising our clients on environmental regulations that have been enacted in recent years.
