Rebecca Lessley is an experienced litigator representing clients in lawsuits arising from business transactions, real estate, construction, and employment dispute. She represents business owners, property owners, contractors, and subcontractors in disputes guiding them through mediation, arbitration, and trial. She also assists clients in negotiating and drafting contracts.

Ms. Lessley’s Los Angeles County Bar Association activities include serving as a member of the Real Property Section, Executive Committee, Crocker Real Estate Symposium Planning Committee, past editor of the Real Property Review and past Co-Chair of the Construction Law Subsection of the Real Property Section. As a member of the Western Council of Construction Consumers, Ms. Lessley served on its Legal Advisory Committee and was a frequent contributor to its newsletter. She has spoken at seminars and conferences on various issues including Mechanic’s Liens, Stop Notices, and Employment Law.

Ms. Lessley obtained her B.B.A. degree in economics and marketing from Baylor University in 1980 and her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1991. While at Loyola she was active in student government and was an officer in Phi Delta Phi. At law school, Ms. Lessley was the recipient of a Dean's Academic Scholarship, the Mabel Wilson Richards Scholarship, and the Dean's Service Award for the Student Leadership. Ms. Lessley is admitted to practice before the State Bar of California in 1991, the State Bar of Texas (inactive), the State U.S. District of California, and the U.S. Court of Claims.
